ROUND 5 - GRAYAN // GURP TT

The race in Grayan took place on a beautiful 12-kilometer course through forests and dunes. The start was wide, but unfortunately, my first lap was poor. I only passed through in 18th place. However, as the race progressed, I built up my pace well. With 30 minutes to go, I was in fourth place. I felt strong and closed a two-minute gap to Florian Miot in the last two laps. With one lap to go, I was still 28 seconds behind. I paced myself smartly: going full throttle in the deep holes and recovering on the flatter sections. When I got on Florian’s wheel, I launched a sprint, passed him, and immediately created a gap. A few corners later, I looked back and couldn’t see him anymore. I eventually finished in third place, 50 seconds ahead of Florian.

Currently I'm 5th in the championship with 3 podiums and 1 dnf.
